Business Licensing Requirements
Businesses require either a registration or license which must be renewed annually.
If you own a business within the Village limits, please fill out a Business Registration.
If you are a business who does business within the Village Limits, please fill out a Business License.
Both require an annual fee of $35.00 due to the Village Clerk's Office by July 1st of each year.
Penalty for Late renewal is $20.00.
Business must submit payment prior to engaging in business.

Liquor Licensing
A Small Brewers License application form should be completed each annually.
Small Brewers License is required under the Village of Mosquero Ordinance No. 2021-04 and authorized by New Mexico statues §7-24-1, et seq. N.M.S.A. 1978.
This license shall begin July 1 of each year and continue through June 30 of the following year.

This liquor license tax is hereby fixed at $150.00 per year.

Small Brewer license tax may be paid in equal quarterly installments payable on or before the commencement date of each of the respective quarterly periods.
Quarterly license to be issued for the period commencing July 1 of each year;
Quarterly license to be issued for the period commencing October 1 of each year;
Quarterly license to be issued for the period commencing January 1 of each year;
Quarterly license to be issued for the period commencing April 1 of each year;
Or may be paid in full by July 1 of each year.
